Onsite Buidling/Property ManagerExclusive to Key Property People, this is a great opportunity to join a well established, friendly and progressive team, work location Tenerife.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Carry out open inspections and leasing
Work closely with a team of Property Managers and their portfolios, Liaise with Landlords and Tenants
Prepare lease documents, process tenancy applications including Entry and exit reports, arrange Routine appointments and inspections .Conduct lease renewals, rent reviews, ingoings, routine and final inspections
Marketing/advertising
Liaise with the Body Corporate and committee attend relevant meetings
Organize and open inspection for the prospective tenants
Process applications, tenant reference check and prepare residential leases, explain terms and conditions per legislation
Actively rent arrears, bond claims, tenant breaches, and all aspects of Property Management
Effective management of all contractors on site including performance and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard.
Organize Repairs & Maintenance with contractors.
Ensure the day-to-day presentation of the building is maintained to a high level

Skills & requirements

Have at least 12 months Property Management experience
Hold a current real estate certificate
Hold a current driving license
Be reliable and career focused
Highly developed telephone, written and verbal communication skills
Mandarin speaking is advantageous
