HRT Acupuncture and Massage Centre is currently looking foran enthusiastic female receptionist who has (preferably)had prior experience inadmin or customer service. The successful applicant will need to be:
· Fluent in English, Mandarin, andCantonese (Reading and Speaking)
· Proficient in typing English andChinese (Ping Yin system /熟練運用拼音)
· A proactive and supportive team player
· Possess strong communication, andcustomer service skills
· Strong time management skills and anability to multi-task
· Ability to be adaptable and flexible tochanging business needs
·有一定中醫基礎知識或者相關工作經驗或者喜歡中醫喜歡中國傳統文化
· Meeting and greeting patients in a kindand caring manner
· Appointment bookings which includescancelling and rescheduling appointments
· Managing all incoming calls andvoicemail
· Invoicing and billing patients andprocessing payments
· Database management and manual filing
