EXPERIENCED Cook/Chef, Barista and All-Rounder Wanted (Junior Welcome!)

Three positions are available for a café inside Westfield Garden City (Upper Mt Gravatt, Brisbane):
(1) Experienced Short Order Chef/Cook (Senior or Junior)
(2) Experienced Barista (Senior or Junior)
(3) Experienced All-Rounder

################## Short Order Chef/Cook ##################
Your main job will be short order cooking (breakfast, burger, club sandwich, salad etc) with friendly service.
You will also work as all rounder and help with serving customer, taking order, operating register, table serving, cleaning and drink making, if needed.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year chef/cook experience in cafe/restaurant (Do not apply if you do not have such experience, unless you are doing apprenticeships) .
• Able to cook western style dish with consistent quality and good presentation.
• Very friendly and able to provide exceptional service to every customer.
• Passionate about food, willing to learn and be able to work under stress.
• Good hygiene and attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication.
• Able to work in a team and without supervision.
• Flexible with working hour, able to do weekends and public holidays.

################## Barista ##################
Your main job will be making and serving high, consistent quality coffee with friendly service. You will also help with taking order, operating register and table serving if needed.

YOU MUST BE PASSIONATE ABOUT COFFEE, as this café is all about serving perfect coffee to all customers with a smile. Training will be provided and you must be willing to learn new technique (no matter how good you believe you are or how long you have been working as barista) and improve your skill.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year barista experience (Do not apply if you do not have such experience).
• Very friendly and able to provide exceptional service to every customer
• Passionate about coffee, willing to learn and be able to work under stress
• Fluent English communication
• Able to work in a team and without supervision
• Flexible with working hour, able to do weekends and public holidays
