based on my 5 years++ work experience in a big multi-disc engineering consultancy company, i would say it would be challenging for most asians, unless you can mix with people very well, not just the locals. If you are a ABC, i am sure you won't find it challenging, but if you are, you will not be surfing www.ozyoyo.com.
So, don't forget to put some effort into mixing with the "whites", say go to pubs, bbq etc with them, do uni projects with them,  to get yourself ready for your future careers, that is, if you really want to do HR.
