We are now seeking an experienced FinancialAccountant to join our team.

The Role:
As our Financial Accountant,you will be responsible for managing our Brisbane administration staff and alsoour China office staff. Previous experience workingin a small to medium size company would be an advantage. Living in oraround the South Brisbane area would also be an advantage.

Skills and Experience:

·        Fluentin English and Mandarin

·        Aminimum of 5 years' working experience in finance, accounting or similarqualification

·        Strongunderstanding of MYOB, EXO and QuickBooks software

·        Abilityto operate autonomously with the ability to also work effectively in a team

·        Provenability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·        Possessstrong communication and time management skills

·        Highlevel of accuracy and have high attention to detail

·        Experiencewith property management (not essential but well regarded)

The Role:

·        Youwill be reporting directly to the General Manager and Director.

·        Youwill use your broad finance and administration knowledge to help and supportour finance team

·        Preparationand analysis of monthly financial reports

·        Generalbookkeeping

·        Payrollprocessing

·        Reconciliationof company accounts

·        Preparingannual tax, ASIC, and FBT returns, and monthly BAS;

·        Reconcilingaccounts for intercompany transactions;

·        Havean excellent understanding of tax compliance and ensuring legislativeobligations are met
