INTERMEDIATE ACCOUNTANT
This is your opportunity to rapidly grow your accounting career with a professional and respected public practice accounting firm.

Join this well-established firm based on the Brisbane city fringe with a strong mix of quality clients in a range of structures for variety of work, including accounting, bookkeeping, SMSF, professionals, high wealth and other individual clients. We are a young and professional team with a supportive work environment, where you will have the opportunity to gain mentoring from the partners for your CA/CPA/IPA programme.

Your responsibilities will include managing clients’ taxation affairs and financial accounting, tax research, and superannuation funds compliance.

·        Prepare and complete financial statements and tax returns sole traders, trusts, partnerships and companies
·        BAS, GST.
·        Client contact via phone calls, emails and meetings
·        Analysis of accounting data
·        Preparation and use of entity structure maps and tax summaries

Skills & experience:
·        3+ years' business services experience
·        Commenced or desire to commence CA/CPA studies
·        Strong understanding of accounting principles and Australian Tax legislation
·        Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
