As our business grows, we are now looking for a few Office Admin& Sales join our branch in Brisbane.
Duties & Responsibilities • Face to face meeting, email and telephone sales • Take orders, make invoice & record to schedule • Post advertisements online • Process sales by customer consulting, confirm order details. • Record payment & cashbook • Maintain good customer relationship • Coordinate with delivery & operations • Other admin duties
Skills and Experience • Well presented, polite and have good English skills, bothwritten and oral • Online marketing skills • Problem-solving & complaint handling skills • Well organised and work independently, strong attention todetails • Knowledge in online advertising websites , both local andChinese • Proficient in office word & excel • Willing to learn & grow under pressure
Work location: Rocklea QLD (close to Salisbury train station) Working dates: 9 hours per day, 3-4 days a week, Monday-Sunday byshift
