PTC phone accessories looking for iGeektek Admin assistant
Ideally we are looking for someone with the passion to grow and develop into a larger role in the future, who can come up with creative solutions to problems as they arrive. To assist administrator with every day ad hoc duties such as, but not limited to: - Taking and answering enquiries over multiple platforms
- Producing content to post for ad services on platforms like Gumtree
- Data Entry
- Scheduling bookings
- Initiating customer satisfaction surveys
- Monitoring day to day bookings
- Communication between admin and technicians
- Producing daily sales reports
Full training will be supplied
