公司简介：我们公司(RTO)成立于2010年，是一所澳洲政府注册，专注于英文培训，西式餐饮和旅游管理的学院。我们在澳洲一共有8个校区，分布于布里斯班，黄金海岸，悉尼，伯斯以及阿德莱德。

工作性质及要求：

The successful applicant will have current industry experience within both RTO and CRICOS legislative environments, and will be responsible for:

Managing agency agreement (check and follow up when the agent agreement due to renew) and database.
Follow up pending LOOs issued and covert to Enrolment.
Assisting with Marketing strategies.
Preparation of weekly marketing report. (agent visits, new agent sign ups, number of students enrolled etc)
Understanding of student nationality mix, course diversity and to maintain adequate student numbers across all courses.
To recommend to management any in demand courses or other areas of focus for the business to increase turnover or additional revenue stream. (for eg cooking classes, cocktail and bar tending courses etc)
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
High level written and verbal communication skills, including phone and in-person.
Event/expo/trade show coordination.
Assisting in marketing and sales with agencies and engaging new agencies.
Assisting the sale process and recruitment of international students.
Assisting on designing social media campaigns and promotional materials for the college.
Working closely with managers and other team members to develop and implement quality services.
Provide student counselling services if required.
