－We need a person who has good communication skills and team spirit. －Work efficient and responsible, rigorous and severe, strong pressure resistance －Consultation on matters related to studying abroad, and plan an appropriate study plan according to customer needs analysis －Assist student enrollment application and related material preparation work －Assist students in completing Australian visa application documents and materials preparation －Complete other study and visa-related work assigned by the department and company －Understanding multicultural atmosphere well as good written and verbal communication skills
About the role
Based in Brisbane CBD and provide high-quality customer service to students from overseas, have a deep understanding of their needs. Professional analysis of the suitable Study/migration plan for clients.
Skills and experience
- Highly efficient and attention to detail - High level of problem-solving and negotiation skills - Good at time-managing and multi-tasking - Relevant counselling experience most preferred - Have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese - Completed Bachelor or Master Degree in Australia or equivalent experience/education - Have a legal visa in Australia at least two years. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and other office software + " typing fast "
