qut kelvin grove校园内好房出租啦。本人女生想找一个安静爱卫生的同居朋友。

房子有两个阳台（我们一人一个），家具齐全，水电网全包，领包入住。欢迎看房。租期是12月中旬入住，至少租到7月中旬（长租优先，短租勿扰谢谢）。

希望未来室友愿意和我轮流做公共区域卫生，不带人回家。有车的朋友280一周带街边车位。couple360一周，同样bill全包。bond为4周房租。房子有风扇，朝向好，非常通风及明亮，而且不是西晒。

周边环境安静，有很多吃的，qut上课非常方便。周围有gym，游泳馆，woolworth，大百汇亚超等等便利设施，走路距离仅不到500m。

A bright and clean bedroom is now available in QUT kelvin grove campus! The unit is fully furnished and has great ventilation, sufficient natural light. Spicy living room with large Tv and open kitchen with Samsung washing machine and refrigerator. Car space available too along the street.

The location is wonderful for students or people who has a job in adjacent area such as the CBD. There is Woolworth, gym, swimming pool, Asian market near the unit (all within 500m).

I am a girl who lives quietly and wish to find a friend to share the unit who is respectful and kind. We will take turns to clean up the public area. Please contact me if you plan to rent a room from 18th of Dec to at least 18th of July. All genders are welcome as long as you do not bring people over and stay for the night.

The rent for one is $260 per week ( all bills included)
For one with a car is $280 per week.
For a couple is $360 per week.
