The overall purpose of the successful candidate is to not onlyincrease the volume, quality and diversity of students in our Colleges, but toalso be available to travel overseas on a regular basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic marketer to join our Brisbanelocation. As a Marketing Officer, you will spend the majority of your time in thefield with the Marketing Manager developing and cultivating prospects, movingthem through the sales process and closing the business. Key Responsibilities: • Develop trust and maintain effectiverelationships with key stakeholders at all levels in relation to your delegatedmarket region • Proposing, presenting and engaging in onshoreand offshore promotional sales and marketing activities • Achieve set targets in the student recruitmentfunction • Develop and maintain relationships witheducational agents and contracts • Manage CRM system • Brand Ambassador Key Selection Criteria: • You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experiencein a similar role at an RTO college, you a responsible of providing significantcontribution to international student recruitment in a VET/CRICOS environment,including student visa regulations • Strong analytical skills and data-driventhinking • Must have a sales personality • Well presented • Dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic aboutmarketing and meeting set objectives • Excellent interpersonal and communication skillswith a strong ability to work with diverse cultures • Understanding of marketing automation,communications, e-marketing, public relations, branding, lead generation MUST be able tospeak Mandarin and English.
