The Company.
Realm Builder, is a newly formed construction company to deliver projects for the parent company New Fortune Investments Australia. Our Company currently has a 22 detached townhouse project to build and 2 land subdivisions in the pipeline.
We are actively seeking further opportunities in both domestic and commercial projects.
The Role.
We are wanting to speak to an experienced Estimator / Contracts Administrator working in the industry. Construction management qualifications and or qualified trade background (Preferred Carpentry) is essential.
We will be structuring the business model to suite operation with new processes and procedures that work for the business. This role will have progression into a management position for the right person.
Are you currently in a role that you can’t see any career advancement? We are looking for a self-motivated, disciplined person who loves the building industry who wants the challenges of growing a new Construction Company.
You will be working closely with an experienced Construction Manager, Nominee Builder for the Company. Our goal is to create a collaborative culture with both the development and construction teams.
The Person.
Have you?
- Leadership skills, people management?
- Strong written, verbal and negotiation skills?
- Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of the building industry?
- Good time management?
- Skills in: Databuild, Microsoft Office, Project, Excel, Click Homes or similar Construction Management software?
- Ability to adapt quickly to change?
- Good personality with a sense of humour.
Skills Include.
- Cost Planning, new designs and concepts.
- Design management.
- Tendering.
- Subcontract management.
- Contracts management.
- Financial tracking and reporting.
- Clear understanding of plans and construction documentation.
- Willing to learn.
