We also provide a friendly working environment, and are conveniently located at Sunnybank Plaza, with on-site parking. What this role requires: HRT Acupuncture and Massage Centre is currently looking for an enthusiastic female receptionist who has (preferably)had prior experience in admin or customer service. The successful applicant will need to be: ·        Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (Reading and Speaking) ·        Proficient in typing English and Chinese (Ping Yin system /熟練運用拼音) ·        A proactive and supportive team player ·        Possess strong communication, and customer service skills ·        Strong time management skills and an ability to multi-task ·        Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs ·        有一定中醫基礎知識 或者相關工作經驗 或者 喜歡中醫 喜歡中國傳統文化    Key duties include: ·        Meeting and greeting patients in a kind and caring manner ·        Appointment bookings which includes cancelling and rescheduling          appointments ·        Managing all incoming calls and voicemail ·        Invoicing and billing patients and processing payments ·        Database management and manual filing ·        Sales and Promotion Applications can be emailed to: [email protected] or personally handed in at the clinic.
