We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable person to undertake a Caretaker Role which covers the following aspects:
1. Maintenance duties
2. Housekeeping/Cleaning duties
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Attend to general maintence work
· Attend to building cleaning work
· Attend to housekeeping work
· Attend to offsite event work
· Ability to adapt to situations and cover a variety of departments
· Problem solving skills
· A willingness to learn and gain an general understanding of the building infrastructure
· Prioritize work and complete work efficiently
· Follow management and supervisors instructions
· Take intiative to learn on a case by case situation
· Keep workplace clean, tidy and stocked up
· Etc
Qualities of our ideal candidate would include:
· Experience in general cleaning duties
· Hard work ethic
· Ability to listen and follow instructions
· Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to adapt to systems and procedures
· The ability to organize and prioritize tasks
