Accounts Receivables Officer

We are a leading food processing company located near Yatala. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive Accounts Receivable Officer with good time management skills to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

* Issue invoices/ credit notes to customers;

*Manage a portfolio of customer accounts; analyse aging reports and follow collection procedures to recover outstanding amount in a timely manner;
*Send statements, invoices and credit notes to customers;

*Manage account reconciliations;
*Negotiate with debtors to finalise payment of outstanding accounts;

*Make payment arrangement and instalment plans with debtors;
*Working hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM

Requirement for the successful candidate:
*Well developed negotiating, influencing and problem-solving skills;
*Intermediate computer skills and MS Office Suite;

*Pronto experience would be a bonus however not essential;

*Experience with working to tight deadlines;

*Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationship;
*Must drive to work;

*Valid working visa.
