We are looking for one female only (please note that this room is NOTSUITABLE for Couples)

either professional or student

Master room: $160 /week & Bond $600 (tenancyagreement form must be signed)
(bed, desk, chair, build-in wardrobe with mirroron and fan + OWN Bathroom)

All bills(electricity, water, internet) included & Dish liquid supplied

free Pool & Gym access & numerous street parking

nearEight Mile Plains Bus Station !

1min drive to M1 & M2

5mins drive to Garden city, Runcorn & SunnyBank

7-8mins walk to Eight Mile Plains Bus Station(Only takes 15mins to city)
