CBD房地产公司诚聘兼职平面设计人员。

一、岗位职责

1. 负责公司产品设计工作，主要包括宣传画册、宣传单页、展会海报、网站页面、平面广告、设计排版及其他图文处理等;

2. 为各种营销渠道制作具有视觉冲击力的媒体广告；

3. 协助完成各类策划方案的创意工作；

4. 确保设计项目的及时交付，保持质量和效率；

5. 随时了解行业趋势、设计技术和软件。

6. 有效地将设计概念和想法传达给团队和客户。

二、任职要求

1. 专业为Graphic Design相关，有平面设计、视频剪辑、新媒体运营相关经验者优先；

3. 精通Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign等图形软件；有较强的平面设计能力、文字驾驭能力，对市场热点有敏锐的感知力；

4. 熟悉视频制作流程，基础视频剪辑技巧；

5. 有创新能力，思维活跃，想像力丰富，有责任心、上进心；

6. 中英文流利，有较高文案功底。

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Experience editing video.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Availability for 2-4 working days per week.

Responsibilities:

Develop visually striking media ads for various marketing channels.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
Create high-quality designs that align with the company brand guidelines.
Ensure the timely delivery of design projects, maintaining exceptional creativity and quality.
Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements.
Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to the team and clients.
