If you see one
of these - simply
stop put all your trash into it
you won’t be breaking the law.

You are putting your rubbish into a bin supplied on the side of the road!

这种情况很简单，打电话到city council投诉把垃圾桶拖走，因为法律规定了现在垃圾桶倒完了不许留在路边的

应该会很多人把垃圾桶拖走吧，知情的拖走把设备拆了卖钱。还有不是有些人垃圾特别多喜欢偷垃圾桶么
