we live in Benowa and very central with public transport - bus route 738, 3 18, 18 a, we have a single room with two single beds downstairs, equipped with full set of kitchen facility , tv downstairs, washing machine and bathroom. Our family live upstairs.
Not sure whether you rquire the room for a week or for a month . Sorry, I cannot type chinese but we are Chinese family.
