DoubleBedroom in a Spacious House at Indooroopilly

A double bedroom is available to rent from Thursday, 20thJune, preferably for 6 to 12 months, upstairs in a modern, spacious 5-bedroomprivate house in a quiet street at Indooroopilly:

· 1 km from IndooroopillyShopping Town, <5 km from University of Queensland’s St Lucia campus

· close to bus transport to theCity & Queensland University of Technology’s Gardens Point campus, UQ, andShopping Town

No more than 2 people may occupy thebedroom. The preferred tenants are 2women or a couple, who share a bathroom with the couple who rent an adjacent doublebedroom.

Rent, forthe room, is $260Aus/week, with a bond of $520Aus.

The bedroom has built-in wardrobes, blinds on the windows, ceilingfan & carpet, and is furnished with:

· 2 king single beds, with mattress protectors but no other bedding

· 1 large desk & 1small desk,with 2 desk chairs & 2 desk lamps

· 1 bedside unit with lamp

The bedroom door has a separately-keyedlock.

This bedroom & the already-rented double bedroom exclusivelyshare:

· a bathroom located between them

· an open sitting/TV areaadjacent to them

The sitting/TVarea is furnished with ceiling fan, two 3-seat lounges, rug, bookcase, storagecabinet & a flat screen TV.

The room’s tenants share kitchen (includingpots, pans, crockery &cutlery}, dining area, BBQ & laundry facilitieswith a family of 4 adults, and the other 2 tenants.

The accommodation cost includeselectricity, gas, water, Internet access and gardening.

Smoking is only allowed in the yard, outsidethe house.

No pets are allowed.
