房屋出租：黄金海岸Gold Coast一套Unit，环境整洁幽静，有独立车库，室内两卧室、两厅、一厨房、一洗澡间、一厕所，一阳台，家具炊具齐全，可免费使用。详细地址是4/9 Rose Street, Southport, QLD。离Australia Fair和Southport电车站（tram stop）步行仅9分钟；离海边公园步行仅8分钟，可去烧烤、散步或游泳。门口附近是Southport transit center和Southport巴士站，有多路巴士经过，如700、704、711、712、713、715、719、735等，乘巴士可直达Griffith University、Harbourtown、Surfers Paradise, Pacific Fair。有兴趣租住的朋友可以在Google map上搜索具体地址。
现出租其中一整间卧室。房间不算特别大，但是有大双人床，衣柜、桌椅齐全。包水、电、网。希望爱清洁，无不良嗜好的朋友入住，特别欢迎Working Holiday的朋友入住。
租金：若一人租住，限男性，$140/周；情侣两人租住，两人共$170/周；非情侣两人，同时入住，可一位客厅床位$70/周，一位独立单间$110/周。押金$100，可随时搬走（须提前四天告知），不扣押金。
