There was a master room for rent in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, this a brand new 5 stars service apartment, have 24 hours reception, sauna room, steam room, spa, pool, BBQ area and 3 fantastic lounges in the apartment (you can book it for the party for free).

In the unit have Foxtel basic channel and sports channel, Telstra internet NBN

All brand new furnished and kitchen ware, 5 minutes walk to the river sides, there is a Ferry station, you can by Ferry to UQ ST LUCIA CAMPUS OR QUT GARDEN POINT CAMPUS, and amazing thing is only 30 seconds you can walk to milton train station, yes! only 30 seconds! you can go to everywhere by train if you want!

I hope I can find a really nice tenant to move in, hope no smoking, no pet, clean and tidy, it will start from 30th of December. It was 370 per week already include electric, water, internet
