We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and determined individual who is enthusiastic about pursuing a career in the real estate industry. This job position will have an immediate start, where you are able to work in an office at Macgregor and Waterford West. Your key duties will include (but are not limited to): - Book and conduct open homes and/or private viewings, as needed
- Process tenancy applications and present to the lessor, as required
- Manage ongoing tenant process including bond lodgement and tenancy sign up
- Conduct entry reports and all activities required legislatively with rigorous attention to detail
- Conduct routine inspections as per the management authority and legislation requirements
- Monitor and action rent arrears daily, including updating the lessor, issuing of any notices as per legislation and tribunal lodgement and attendance, as required
- Manage tenancy agreement renewals, including rent reviews, within legislated timelines
- Record and act on all maintenance and repairs in accordance with legislation, the management authority and lessor instruction
- Issuing of any notices for breach of the tenancy agreement and any other notices, as required
- Conduct vacate inspections as per legislative requirements ensuring the standard of the property is maintained
- Preparation of all tenancy related forms, including tenancy agreements, bond forms, entry, exit and routine reports
- Other duties as may be required from time to time

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate: - Must have prior experience in all aspects of property management
- Current Industry standard certifications
- Reliable car/drivers licence
- Finley tuned negotiation skills
- Excellent phone manner
- An eye for attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
