.As a community interpreter, I see lots of babies and theirparents. This young lady was one of the cutest. It was just a normal hospitalassignment. Unlike other hospital jobs, the doctor called us in just a fewminutes after we arrived. While we were in consulting room the little babygrabbed my finger and wouldn’t let it go. Her mum then said, “She liveshandsome guys.” LOL. That’s one of the advantages being as an interpreter inAustralia. We can always meet different people: young or old, happy or angry. We may witness people passing away as well as new babies coming to this world. Observingpeople may let us think more about ourselves and change our life attitude in agood way.
