We are a leading food processing company located near Yatala. We are looking for a meticulous and proactiveindividual to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

·        Communicate with other team members to ensure the credit notes generatedare accurate reflection of the actual sales and stock levels

·        Generate credit notes for customers promptly

·        Allocate and reconcile payments to customers’ accounts

·        Check the cheques provided by the customers prior to bank in

·        Key in and upload the daily transactions into the ERP system

Requirements for the successful candidate:

·        At least 1 year accounting experience is preferred

·        Excellent attention to detail

·        Intermediate computer skills and familiar with MS Office Suite especiallyMicrosoft Words & Excel

·        Pronto system experience would be a bonus however not essential

·        Experienced working with tight deadlines

·        Must drive to work

·        Valid working visa
