下樓就是 China town，步行五分鐘就到Australia fair
交通便利，近輕軌 Southport 和 Southport south 兩站，近公車站，公車都有直達到各個樂園及Harbor town
房租包水網
電費只要租客不會濫用，原則上我們自己負擔

28 floor （it has beautiful and high view and don’t need to worry about the insects）
Facilitates ：indoor and outdoor pool，BBQ area，，two gyms。
China town is downstairs ,5 minutes to Australia fair
Coinevent area ，close to tram station Southport and Southport south ，near bus station，it goes to every theme parks and Harbor town.
The rent includes water and WiFi
If you do not waste too much electricity, we would love to contribute by ourself. But if you love to use a lot and waste, we do not mind as long as you also share the fee.
