- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Data entry via MYOB
- Bank Reconciliations daily basis
- Accounts payable and Accounts receivable,
- Maintain an effective billing and collections system
- Preparation of ATO requirements; including PAYG and BAS
- Employee payroll and employer obligations, including superannuation payments
- Various financial reporting to assist management with forecasting and cash management
- Preparation, maintenance and presentation of all financial data related to end of month and year end processing
- Financial liaison between management, staff, suppliers and clients
- Liaise with external Accountants for all enquiries, approved via General Manager
- Various administrative tasks including answering phone calls, mail requirements and organisation of general office in general.
The successful candidate must possess:
- Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role with highly reliable and responsible
- With a degree in accounting, bookkeeping or related field
- Strong tax and financial accounting knowledge with advanced skills by using MYOB for AP, AR, Payroll and financial Reports.
- Frequently skills on MS Excel, Word and Outlook also required
- Strong attention to details
- Highly organised and have ability to multi-task and self-manage work load
- Ability to work autonomously within time constraints and to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and writing in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Own Transport
