Job Summary工作概述:
The Operations specialist is a key member of the operations team supporting trade processes, account management, and logistic process. This person will work with back-office Operations team, the Sales team and the Account Manager.
This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to work with multi-tasks, and positive professional attitude in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities主要职责:
• Record trade orders, and post trade processing and resolving trade settlement issues in a timely manner

• Record transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts

• Handle, record and communicate billing fee for client accounts

• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.

• Organize and coordinate transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary

Qualifications 资质要求:
Australian citizen or permanent resident
澳洲公民或永久居民
Bachelor’s Degree
学士学位持有者
A high degree of accuracy, strong detail-oriented aptitude and skilled in issue prioritization and multi-tasking
高度的准确性,极强的细节处理能力,并且具有优先事项和多任务处理的技能
Knowledge of accounting, and previous experience working in bookkeeper/account preferred
熟悉会计知识,有簿记/会计工作经验者优先
Fluent in English 英文流利
