We are aleading food processing company located near Yatala.We are looking for aself-motivated, proactive Data Entry/Credit Officer withgood time management skills to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
*Issue invoices/credit notes to customers;
*Manage bank reconciliation and daily cash takings;
*Send statements, invoices and credit notes to customers;
*Manage debt forcorporate clients
*Develop strategies tomanage overdue payments and minimise debt
*Negotiate paymentterms whilst building on and maintaining client relationships
*Educate customers onbest practice procedures to ensure smooth and efficient billing process andidentify process improvements
*Working hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM, Sat(rotating shift)10am-4pm
Requirement for the successful candidate:
*Experience with working to tight deadlines;
*A passion for facts and figures and strong attention todetail;
*Strong negotiation and communication skill;
*Excellent English in both speaking and writing toprofessional level;
*Proficient with MS Office Suite especially Excel;
*Pronto experience would be a bonus however not essential;
*Well developed negotiating, influencing and problem-solvingskills;
*Must drive to work;
