Looking for 1 full time accountant/Bookkeeper
Duties:
Ensure all accounting activities comply with statuary laws and requirements.
Investigate and reconcile financial discrepancies.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports for every quarter.
Examination of operating cost against income.
Verifies the existence of assets and liabilities as mentioned on the profit and loss statements.
Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations
Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
Provide advice on all aspects of business operations, business plans, taxation etc.
Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances like cashflow statements.
Liaise with staff to ensure appropriate company finances are being maintained.
Prepare & evaluate cash flows and financial risk involved.
Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of financial information
Do the Single touch payroll for the staff every fortnightly
Make sure payment of commission has been processed as its due to all stakeholders
Superannuation for the staff members and clients need to be organized every month
Understanding and working knowledge of accounts receivables and payables
