Master bedroom with air-con & Piano. King size mattress or 2 double size single bed, 2 desks, desk light, chair, shoe rack, clothes organizer, book shelf and 4 double size wardrobes!! Kitchen utensils are free to use, even include toilet paper and tissue, carpet will clean every ½ yr! Owner will clean every week. ALL u need is yr own luggage.

Sunnybank and Garden City is about 15 minutes bus ride.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 Bathrooms with 2 Separated toilets. The house and rooms are fully furnished or u can bring your own furniture.
The kitchen has a big fridge and dining area. There is a piano inside the room available if you are study music.
