Assistant Accountant
The Company
Kinstone Developments is a property development company in Brisbane focused on delivering high-quality real estate products to our clients. The business has been operating for over a decade and has a solid reputation in the industry. We are involved in projects from subdivisions, townhouses, apartments to commercial developments. Kinstone Group is an entity that you as home owners can rely on to ensure your property has a positive return. We consider every property development as building our own home. Our internal advisory team, with a combined experience of over 50 years, together with specialist consultants ensures all of our projects are delivered successfully.
The Role
This position is a long-term and stable role that will require you to assist the Accountant in various accounting and reporting tasks.
Duties, skills and experiences:
- A recognised degree majoring in Accounting
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency when you apply.
- Australian full driving licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Proficiency within MYOB, Xero, MS Office applications, notably in Excel, Word and Outlook (Preferred)
- Ability to manage time effectively and organise priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Highly organised
