Rochedale South LPO (Australian Post)is seeking a postal service officer. While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not essential. We offer on-the-job training, supervision, and support. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, be enthusiastic and reliable, and demonstrate a strong commitment to prioritize customer satisfaction. - Work as part of a team to deliver the best possible service and solutions to our customers
- Police clearance will be required to work in this role.

Tasks & responsibilities - Performing customer sales and service transactions with individual and business customers
- Managing & maintaining high value transactions accurately – which includes handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS
- Promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising and other promotional activities
- Building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs
- Receiving & Sorting Incoming Mail, parcels etc.
