About the company The Kingsford is a brand-new 4 star boutique hotel located in the heart of Hamilton in Brisbane, and we are looking for a number of dynamic and enthusiastic staff to join our team in various roles across the business.

Job Title: Café Waiter/Waitress
Type: Casual
Positions Available: 1 to 2
Current Availability: Monday to Sunday (5:30am to 10:30am, 5:30pm-9:30pm)
Typical Duties: Provide exceptional customer service Processing customer orders and payments Preparation of food and beverages General cleaning duties
Qualification/Experience Required: Barista experience preferred but training can be provided High level of energy and enthusiasm High standard of customer service Ability to work effectively in teams Ability to learn quickly Responsible Service of Alcohol (preferred)
Job Title: Shuttle Bus Driver (12 seater minibus)
Type: Casual
Positions Available: 2 to 3
Current Availability 4:30am – 9:30am Monday to Sunday 3:30pm – 9:30pm Monday to Sunday
Typical Duties Provide timely shuttle service to customers to /from Brisbane airport and the hotel. Assist with customer luggage Provide exceptional customer service Assist hotel staff with additional duties when available
Qualification/Experience Required: Excellent customer services Appropriate driver’s license (Australian license preferred). No previous police criminal records. Good driving skills. Good verbal communication skills
Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant
Type: Casual
Positions Available:
4 to 5
Current Availability 7:30am – 2:30pm Monday to Sunday
Typical Duties Cleaning of hotel rooms and hotel public areas. Vacuuming and dusting Change bed linen Restocking of guest amenities and the mini bar Provide customer service Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Qualification/Experience Required: Must have previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning related jobs. Demonstrate good time management skills Ability to work in well in teams Attention to details
Job Title: Hotel Receptionist
Positions Available:
4 to 5
Current Availability 7am-3pm Monday – Sunday 3pm-11pm Monday- Sunday 11pm-7am Monday - Sunday
Typical Duties: Arrange and organise guest bookings via phone, email or walk-in customers. Process guest check-ins and check-outs Assist with guest enquiries Assist with resolving guest complaints and conflicts General administration duties Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Qualification/Experience Required: Must have previous experience in hotel reception or similar related jobs. Good written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Demonstrate excellent and professional customer service skills Ability to solve problems and deal with conflicts Ability to work effectively in teams.
