We are aleading food processing company located near Yatala. We are looking for aself-motivated, proactive Credit Officer with good time management skills tojoin our team!
KeyResponsibilities:
* Issue invoices/ credit notes to customers;
*Managea portfolio of customer accounts; analyse aging reports and follow collection proceduresto recover outstanding amount in a timely manner;
*Send statements, invoices and credit notes to customers;
*Manageaccount reconciliations;
*Negotiate with debtors to finalize payment of outstanding accounts;
*Makepayment arrangement and instalment plans with debtors;
*Working hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM, Sat(rotating shift) 10am-4pm
Requirementfor the successful candidate:
*Well developed negotiating, influencing and problem-solving skills;
*Previous experience is preferred but training will be provided fornon-experienced new employee;
*Intermediate computer skills for operation system and MS Office Suite;
*Prontoexperience would be a bonus however not essential;
*Experiencewith working to tight deadlines;
*Demonstratedability to build and maintain strong working relationship
*Must drive to work;
*Valid working visa.
