Maree Davidson is a leading brand and animal artist, an opportunity has developed within our printing division for a technician to join our team and manufacturing/production team. The successful candidate will be passionate and have a strong interest in technology, manufacturing and producing giftware.
Key Responsibilities- - Be able to troubleshoot, assist and think independently with regular equipment maintenance.
- Must have a good level of computer and network knowledge.
- Ensure that printers are always loaded correctly to minimize and reduce breakdowns.
- Willing to learn or able to print on UV, textile, Sublimation, and wide format printers.
- Have basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Have a willingness and be teachable.
- Be able to work in a team environment and also work independently.
- Clock in and out on time and have a willingness to work overtime as required.
Qualifications/Skills - Basic Graphic design skills, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of flatbed and wide format printers or a willingness to learn.
- Being able to write in Mandarin and Cantonese is to your advantage.
You must have - Legal and stable visa
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills writing and communication skills.
- Have a proactive, positive personality and be a team player.
This position is casual with the opportunity to be permanent for the right candidate. Wages/Salary by the award and negotiable.
