Internal Technical Sales
Are you Interested in Electronics, and the security industry? Do you have a willingness to learn and the desire to join a vibrant team? We are an Australia Distributors of CCTV / Alarm / Intercom products. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Brisbane (Coopers Plains) team. Responsibilities: - Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Processing general phone/email sales enquires, quotations, and orders.
- Provide technical information and solutions to customers.
- Promote the products and services of the company to existing and new customers.
- Takes orders, clarify pricing and arranges delivery of products.
- Prints picking slips and liaises with warehouse personnel in relation to customer orders, and where needed assist the warehouse team will pick and pack of orders.
- Invoicing of customer orders.
- Electronics troubleshooting/methodical skill analysis
- Assists external sales personnel as required.
Qualifications: - Experience in selling and ability to build repeat business with growing.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to interact at all levels within the business.
- Ability to work in a motivated team environment in a high performing business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and able to problem solve quickly.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc).
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
