Hi, we are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team.
We are a serviced apartment located 4km from the CBD with easyaccess from Train and Bus stations within walking distance.
We are currently in need of someone to look after front desk operations for 3-5 days a week depending on schedules. We offer fixed hours per week and training is provided for the right candidate.
In this role, you’ll have the responsibility of being the faceand voice of our apartments. You’ll greet new arrivals, answer calls from guests, organise payments, all with a breezy can-do attitude and a warm smile.You’ll know the local area, giving clear directions and advice. You’ll have a complex combination of skills which enable attention to detail and problem solving.
Experience in a similar front office position is preferred but not required, however, an excellent attitude and great customer service is needed.
Success candidates need to possess the following:
- Strong customer service background. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure. - Impeccable attention to detail.
