The room is located in Kyabra st, Runcorn which is a quiet resendential block with all community facalities at your fingertips.
The bus 138,156,152 &150 are in a short walking distance. The bus 138 is a city rocket can take you straight from runcorn to the city with a couple of stops at Garden City，Garden Points (QUT CITY CAMPUS) and then the city.
A few fast food restaurants, convenient shops, gas station and 24hours gym are around this place. 2 mins drive can take you to either sunnybank hills shopping center and/or calamvale shopping center.
The room for rent has a double-sized bed, bedside table, study table, chair, lamp and built-in wardrobe.
We're looking for someone who is tidy and clean especially can keep cleanness of kitchen, bathroom and toilet, no bad habbits and have a regular rest timetable to live in.
