We are a leading food processing company located near Yatala. Accounts Receivable officer/DebtManagement position is available due to business expansion.
Requirement for the successful candidate:
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
*Previous experience is preferred but training will be provided for non experienced new employee;
*Basic computer skills for operation system and office software including outlook, excel, word;
*Own transportation is a must;
*Valid working visa.
Job description:
*Manage a portfolio of customer accounts; analyze aging reports and follow collection precedures to recover outstanding amount in a timely manner;
*Send statements, invoices and credit notes to customers; Assist in reconciling customers accounts;
*Negotiate with debtors to finalize payment of clients'outstanding account;
*Make payment arrangement, installment plans with debtors;
*Working hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM, Sat(rotating shift) 10am-4pm.
