As one of Southside based with over 30 years local history world branded real estate office, we're looking for a business development superstar to complement our property management team!If you have a passion for real estate we're looking for you! This role has you working closely with property management teams to develop relationships with future clients.
The role entails:
- Listing and securing new rental properties
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients
- Traditional prospecting tasks
- Working closely with the sales and property management teams
- Working towards set targets
- 3 days per week to start with,
To be successful in this position you'll need to possess:

- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Top-notch communication skills
- Ability to exceed targets as well as client expectations
- Be well presented and articulate

- Multilingual is an advantage
