We are a property development and management company that undertake residential, commercial, and rural land developments. Due to ongoing expansion, we require a Land Acquisition Officer to support our projects and are committed to further growth. This is a vital role within the company to ensure strategic business outcomes and growth targets are on track.
The Role: - Identify new development opportunities in accordance with the acquisitions strategy
- Develop & maintain relationships with potential landowners and agents to assist in identifying new opportunities
- Achieve annual land acquisition target
- Development and maintain a network of develpment industry contracts/landowners and database
To be considered for this position it is essential that have a real passion for land acquisitions. You will be a highly motivated and energetic team member and passionate about making deals. Our ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills: - Understand residential, commercial, and rural land sale contracts, etc
- High-level communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred but not essential
Company car and mobile phone will be provided. There are opportunities to be promoted to Land Acquisition manager or Project Development Manager based on work performance.
