We are currently seeking a Receptionist who is an all rounder.
You’re main duties are, but not limited to:
• Liaise with tenants
• Maintain client accounts
• Answering Phones
• Scheduling Quotes
• Assisting with After Hour Callouts
• Generate reports and more
Qualities of our ideal candidate would include:
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong PC skills
• Ability to juggle tasks simultaneously
• Show attention to detail
• Show initiative and be a problem solver
• Be enthusiastic and friendly
• Have a good work ethic and be of professional appearance
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to correspond with tenants and owners VIA email
Our requirements:
• The candidate has experience in tourism, hospitality, real-estate or retail
• The candidate has ambition to pursue a career in the hotel, tourism or real-estate industry
Location: Chancellor Executive Apartments - 19 Lake Street, Varsity Lakes, 4226
Rate: between $24ph-$28ph
Shifts: part-time / full-time
