Hi there!
We are looking for one or two female housemates that are friendly and responsible to share our apartment in Toowong.
Master Bedroom is furnished with a Single Mattress, a study desk and chair. The room has a walk-in wardrobe, balcony and ceiling fan.
Apartment is a fully furnished three-bedroom unit with a very spacious living room.
Separate bathroom and toilet in the unit.
Very spacious master bedroom, about twice the size of the other two rooms, able to fit two single mattresses length-wise.
The room can be shared by two female housemates.
Current tenants -- a UQ student and a UQ graduate
Apartment is suitable for students or young professionals who are looking to share with quiet and tidy individuals.
Rent for 1 person in master bedroom: 210 per week
Rent for 2 people in master bedroom 120 per week per person
Utilities and internet bills are shared equally among housemates.
Excellent and extremely convenient location:
- Appx 200m to Toowong Village shopping centre and train station to airport
- Appx 100m to the main bus stop to UQ (412, 402, 411).
- Appx 5m a bus stop with buses (402, 411) to UQ right in from of our building.
- Appx 10m Bus ride to UQ
- 800m (10 min walk) to Regatta Ferry Terminal to UQ or City
There is also a nice and relaxed river view from our balcony.
Apartment also has good security!
