I have 1 big room available in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom (separated toilet), two floors townhouse.
The house has its own car parking and a small backside yard.
The room has been furnished so you just need bring your own quilts and belongings.
It will be available from 25/06/2014.Or later on if you like.
Bus stations to UQ (428 and 432) are just opposite side of our house and around the corner.
Bus staion to Sunnybank and Indooroopilly train station are just 2 min walk.
Shopping center is 7 min walking distance, so you don't need a car for your life :)
There is a $800 bond to be paid which you will get back when you leave. You also have the option to go in the lease. But we prefer the long-term living.
All Bills are included in 260 for couple, so come on and have a look.
