Front Desk / Reception Guest Service Agent

Our motel is currently looked for a dedicated part time Front Desk Receptionist to work in our serviced apartments in Brisbane.

We are looking for someone to work 2-4 days per week with flexible 7+ hours per shift.

Requirements:

-          IELTS 7.0 overall with excellent speaking and presentation skills.

-          Ability to work unsupervised and problem solving skills.

-          Excellent time management and organisational skills.

-          Ability to meet deadlines and excellent attention to detail.

-          Able to work on a contract basis for us and flexibility in shifts including weekends.

Qualifications in Hotel/Business Management, Tourism, and Hospitality are advantageous but not essential. We are looking for friendly, well-spoken individuals who can handle responsibility.

Responsibilities:

-          Performing all duties required with day to day operations of a busy front desk whilst adhering to our hotel policies and procedures and maintaining a helpful, friendly and professional demeanour at all times.
